Friday night June 20 through Sunday afternoon June 22 with a dance Sunday night


The Waltz Weekend combines waltz technique and variations with secrets for great partnering.
The material surpasses that offered in the Dance Division's social dance classes.

The Waltz Weekend will be led by Richard Powers with Angela Amarillas, at the Roble Dance Studios (map), Stanford Campus.

The Waltz Weekend will conclude with a dance featuring exhibitions and live music by The Swing Solution Orchestra.

Experience Level: Intermediate or higher
Prerequirement: Know a basic turning waltz (any kind)
Tuition: $90 per person;
$70 if also taking the Stanford Dance Week.

HOUSING and transportation:  Good news!  The on-campus dorms are at Governor's Corner this year, halfway between the two dance studios we will be using.
Participants may be housed on campus or can be provided with other housing options near Stanford.
